The house sits on Lancing beach only yards from the waters edge in a beautiful part of West Sussex on the South Coast of England. With the house’s contemporary design and high quality finish, along with uninterrupted sea views spanning from Eastbourne round to Worthing, this truly is a unique location for photographic or film shoots.

The house was featured in Five TV's 'Build a New Life in the Country' in December 2006.

Seascape has just been 'Highly Commended' in the September 2007 West Sussex County Council Design and Sustainability Awards for a 'new buildings which best exhibit the principles of good design'.

Seascape is featured in Coast magazine September edition 2008.
